First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests a TENS device, which uses mild electrical pulses, to reduce pelvic pain in women with endometriosis or adenomyosis. About 92 women on stable hormone therapy will use the device daily for 4 weeks and rate their pain. The goal is to see if the device provides meaningful pain relief compared to a placebo.
