First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests a TENS device, which uses mild electrical pulses, to reduce pelvic pain in women with endometriosis or adenomyosis. About 92 women on stable hormone therapy will use either an active or a sham (inactive) device for 4 weeks, then everyone gets the active device for another 4 weeks. The goal is to see if the device safely lowers daily pain levels.
