Summary
This study looked at how children aged 12-18 with mild intellectual disabilities learn tennis. It compared a new method using real-time pose recognition technology with traditional face-to-face coaching. The goal was to see which approach helps them learn basic tennis skills like forehand and backhand strokes more effectively. Thirty children took part in the 14-week program.
