First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests a clot-dissolving drug called tenecteplase for people who have a stroke but don't know exactly when it started, like waking up with symptoms. About 352 participants will receive either tenecteplase or standard care after a simple CT scan. The goal is to see if the drug helps them recover better after 90 days.
