First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested a 4-week training program called Tendon Neuroplastic Training (TNT) in 26 wrestlers aged 14-25 with shoulder tendinopathy. The TNT group was compared to a group doing standard eccentric exercises. Researchers measured balance, coordination, mental performance, and shoulder function before and after training. The goal was to see if TNT could improve symptoms and function better than usual care.
