Summary
This early-phase study tests a new two-drug combination for adults whose high-grade glioma (a type of brain cancer) has come back after standard treatment. The drugs are a low, continuous dose of temozolomide (a chemotherapy pill) plus abexinostat (an experimental drug). The main goals are to find the safest dose and to understand side effects. About 24 participants will be enrolled.
