Summary
This study is testing if two online programs—yoga and a cognitive exercise therapy—can help reduce pain and improve daily life for teenage girls with severe menstrual cramps. It will compare these approaches to standard medical care in 42 participants over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if these non-drug methods can lessen pain, improve physical function, and reduce school absences.
