Summary

This study tests a new approach to managing chronic pain in multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will receive music therapy or motor imagery training through video calls, with music or sounds synced to their heart rate. The goal is to see if this can lower pain, improve mood, sleep, and daily function. The study involves 45 adults with MS and chronic pain, comparing two active treatments to usual care over 8 weeks.
