Summary

This study tests a new approach to managing chronic pain in multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will receive music therapy or motor imagery training through video calls, with music or sounds timed to their heart rate. The goal is to see if this can lower pain, improve mood, sleep, and quality of life compared to usual care alone. The study involves 45 adults with MS and chronic pain, and lasts 12 weeks.
