Breathing easier from home: remote rehab tested for Arthritis-Lung combo
NCT ID NCT07034989
Summary
This small study tested a home-based exercise program delivered remotely for people who have both rheumatoid arthritis and a related lung scarring disease. The goal was to see if guided breathing and core-strengthening exercises could help improve breathing, reduce cough, and enhance daily function. Ten participants used online tools to follow the program from home.
