Breathing easier from home: virtual rehab tested for Arthritis-Lung combo
NCT ID NCT07034989
Summary
This small study tested whether a home-based exercise program delivered online could help people who have both rheumatoid arthritis and a related lung scarring disease. Ten participants followed a program of breathing exercises and core-strengthening workouts through video calls and online support. Researchers measured changes in breathing difficulty, cough, physical function, and overall quality of life.
