First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing group exercise sessions online can help children aged 6-18 who have pacemakers become more active and feel better. 36 children took part, with half doing supervised video workouts three times a week for eight weeks, while the other half received only education and phone check-ins. The goal was to see if the online training improved their daily steps, heart and lung fitness, muscle strength, and quality of life.
