Summary
This study looked at whether children aged 6–18 with pacemakers could benefit from doing group exercise sessions online. 36 children were split into two groups: one did supervised video workouts three times a week for eight weeks, while the other received only education and phone check-ins. The goal was to see if the online training could improve their daily activity, heart and muscle fitness, and overall quality of life.
