Summary
This study looks at whether telemedicine can help smaller hospitals in China treat people having a stroke more effectively. About 2,400 patients will take part. Some hospitals will get remote guidance from stroke experts, while others will not. The goal is to see if telemedicine leads to better recovery and faster treatment.
