New study tests online therapy and exercise for long COVID fatigue

Summary
This study looks at whether online psychotherapy, a physical activity program, or a combination of both can reduce fatigue in people with Post-COVID syndrome. About 195 adults with fatigue will take part in a 3-month program with online sessions every two weeks. The goal is to find which approach works best and for whom.
