Summary
This study tests a telemedicine-delivered cognitive behavioral therapy program designed to reduce anxiety and depression in young adults with type 1 diabetes. About 94 participants will receive the therapy along with continuous glucose monitor review. The goal is to see if this approach improves mood and blood sugar control.
