Summary
This study compares two types of exercises—diaphragmatic breathing and pelvic stabilization—delivered via real-time telehealth to help postpartum women with pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. Researchers will measure changes in pain, disability, and quality of life over 8 weeks. 60 women who are at least 3 months postpartum and have pelvic pain will participate.
