Veterans with arthritis get moving from home in new telehealth study

Summary
This study tests whether a group exercise program done over video calls is practical and well-liked by Veterans with knee or hip arthritis. Fifty Veterans will take part in a 3-month exercise program, then a 6-month follow-up with either text messages or extra group sessions. Researchers will track how many join, stick with it, and report satisfaction, while also checking for changes in pain and mobility.
