First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study looks at the best ways to help people with physical disabilities stick to a home exercise program. Over 32 weeks, 257 participants will get access to exercise videos and wellness articles, with some also receiving health coaching calls. The goal is to see which combination of support—like one-on-one or group training—works best to increase daily steps and improve long-term activity habits.
