Summary
This study enrolls 257 adults with physical disabilities that limit mobility. Over 32 weeks, participants get access to exercise videos and wellness articles. Some also receive health coaching calls, and those who need extra support may get live group or one-on-one training. The goal is to find the best way to help people stay physically active long-term.
