Baltimore child care providers get app-based stress relief in new pilot study

Summary
This study gives 30 family child care providers and the parents they serve a smartphone app with self-care tips, parenting support, and early learning games for kids. A nurse helpline is also available. The goal is to see if this support lowers stress and improves child behavior. About 270 people will take part.
