This study gives 30 family child care providers and the parents they serve a digital toolkit with a tele-wellness service called "Ask a Nurse" to help manage stress and improve parenting. Children get access to fun learning games in reading, math, emotions, and nutrition. The goal is to see if this support lowers stress and boosts well-being for everyone involved.
