NCT ID NCT07423793

First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tests whether an 8-week program of motor imagery exercises (mentally rehearsing movements without actually moving) can improve well-being in 38 high-risk pregnant women prescribed bed rest. The exercises are done at home with tele-rehabilitation support. The goal is to see if this safe, non-physical approach can reduce the negative effects of inactivity and improve maternal well-being.
