First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week program of mental imagery exercises, supported by remote coaching, can improve well-being in 38 high-risk pregnant women prescribed bed rest. Participants will imagine performing movements without actually moving, aiming to reduce the negative effects of inactivity. The trial focuses on maternal comfort and fetal safety, not on curing any condition.
