First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week program of motor imagery exercises (mentally rehearsing movements without physically doing them) can improve well-being in 38 high-risk pregnant women prescribed bed rest. The exercises are delivered via tele-rehabilitation. The goal is to see if this safe, non-physical approach can reduce the negative effects of inactivity and improve maternal well-being.
