Summary
This study tests whether a tele-rehabilitation program is safe and helpful for people with multiple sclerosis who can walk (EDSS score 6.5 or lower). 75 participants will do three online rehab sessions per week and attend three in-person visits. Researchers will compare this to standard physical activity advice, looking at side effects, quality of life, walking ability, mood, and fatigue.
