Summary
This study tested whether giving parents remote lifestyle and dietary advice (tele-rehabilitation) could help reduce bedwetting in children aged 5 to 10. 69 children with frequent bedwetting took part. The approach focused on simple changes like limiting evening drinks and avoiding caffeine. The goal was to see if this could reduce wet nights and improve quality of life.
