First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether giving parents remote lifestyle and dietary advice (tele-rehabilitation) could reduce bedwetting in children aged 5 to 10. Sixty-nine children with frequent bedwetting (at least 4 nights per week) took part. The approach focused on simple changes like limiting evening drinks and avoiding caffeine, along with motivational support. The goal was to see if this remote method could ease the condition without medication.
