This study tested an 8-week tele-rehabilitative exercise program for nurses with long COVID. The program included aerobic and strengthening exercises done at home using a wearable knee brace and a smartphone app. Researchers measured changes in fatigue, heart and lung fitness, long COVID symptoms, and quality of life.
