New drug tegavivint tested in patients with advanced colorectal cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug, tegavivint, in people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has worsened after at least two prior treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug, alone or with standard therapies, can shrink tumors. About 126 adults with specific gene mutations will participate.
