New hope for Tough-to-Treat colon cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called tegavivint for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug, given alone or with standard treatments, can help shrink tumors. The study is for adults whose cancer has worsened after trying at least two other standard treatments.
