Summary
This study looked at how children ages 8 to 17 use their phones and tablets, including social media and games, and how that relates to their mood, sleep, stress, and physical activity. Over 900 children and their parents took part by using a special app and answering surveys for three months. The goal was to better understand the links between technology use and child wellness.
