Summary
This study tests whether a technology-based program, along with caregiver support, can help liver transplant recipients take their medications as prescribed. Researchers will enroll 360 adults who received a liver transplant within the past 3 months. The program uses text messages and an online system to remind patients and track adherence, aiming to improve health and quality of life.
