First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a home exercise program delivered through a smartphone app can help people recover strength and reduce anxiety after surgery to remove lung nodules. Sixty adults scheduled for lung nodule surgery will follow guided exercises for at least one week before their operation. Researchers will measure handgrip strength, muscle endurance, and emotional distress before and after surgery to see if the program makes a difference.
