Summary
This study tests a virtual health coaching program for adults with type 2 diabetes who also face mental health challenges like anxiety or diabetes distress. Participants receive weekly coaching calls, support from a care team, and online tools to help manage both conditions. The goal is to see if this approach improves quality of life and reduces distress compared to usual care.
