Summary
This study tested a new rehabilitation approach for people with long-term spinal cord injury. It combined a mild brain stimulation technique (tDCS) with a special exercise method called NEUROM. The goal was to see if this combo could improve leg movement and sensation. The study involved 56 adults with chronic paraplegia and measured changes in motor and sensory scores.
