Scientists reprogram Patients' own cells to hunt deadly sarcomas

Summary
This early-phase study is testing a new type of personalized cell therapy for people with advanced soft tissue or bone cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Doctors will collect a patient's own immune cells, genetically modify them in a lab to recognize a specific cancer protein called MAGE-A4, and then infuse them back into the patient. The main goals are to check if this treatment is safe and tolerable, and to see if it shows any early signs of fighting the cancer.
