First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced pancreatic cancer whose tumors have a specific genetic change (KRAS G12V) and a certain immune type (HLA-A*11:01). The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified in a lab to recognize and attack cancer cells. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors.
