Summary

This study tests whether traditional Chinese medicine oral liquids and mouthwashes can reduce severe mouth sores caused by radiation therapy in head and neck cancer patients. About 118 adults aged 18-65 who need radiation will receive either the Chinese medicine or a placebo. The goal is to see if this natural approach can ease pain and speed healing.
