Summary

This 12-week study tests whether Traditional Chinese Medicine Daoyin exercise can reduce anxiety and depression symptoms in 20 adults. Participants will practice the exercises and be monitored for mood and sleep changes. The goal is to see if this gentle movement therapy offers a drug-free way to improve mental health.
