Summary
This study looks at whether Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Daoyin exercises can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Twenty adults with mild to moderate symptoms will practice these gentle movements for 12 weeks, then be observed for another 12 weeks. Researchers will track mood changes and explore possible biological links through blood and gut bacteria tests.
