First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new treatment called TC-D101 for people with a specific type of advanced small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to attack cancer cells carrying a protein called DLL3. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also looking at whether the treatment can shrink tumors.
