This study explores whether a blood test that detects tiny DNA fragments from the tuberculosis bacteria can help doctors monitor how well treatment is working. Researchers will track 140 adults in Thailand with newly diagnosed TB, taking blood samples over time to see if the DNA levels drop as the infection clears.
