Summary

This study tests a non-invasive device that stimulates a nerve in the ear to see if it can reduce inflammation and help control blood pressure in people with a type B aortic dissection. About 60 adults with this condition will receive the stimulation along with standard ICU care. The goal is to improve recovery and prevent complications like organ damage.
