Summary

This study tests a non-invasive device that stimulates a nerve in the ear to see if it can reduce inflammation and help control blood pressure in people with a type B aortic dissection. Sixty adults with this condition will receive the stimulation while in the ICU. The goal is to improve standard care by calming the body's inflammatory response and supporting heart rate and blood pressure management.
