Tracking life after a heart valve fix: does it truly make people feel better?
NCT ID NCT07193004
Summary
This study aims to understand how a minimally invasive heart valve replacement (TAVI) affects patients' daily lives and well-being. It will follow 100 UK patients for 3 months after their procedure, using questionnaires to measure changes in their physical and mental health. The goal is to see how much the procedure improves quality of life, not just heart function, to help guide future patient care.
