Summary

This study uses special brain scans (tau PET) to measure how anti-amyloid therapy changes tau protein buildup in people with mild Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will track 135 adults aged 50-90 who are already receiving anti-amyloid treatment at Mayo Clinic. The goal is to better understand how these therapies affect disease progression, not to test a new treatment.
