Summary
This study tests a task-specific self-rehabilitation program (TASSRET) for stroke survivors living at home with no access to physiotherapy. Fifty Hausa-speaking adults will use either a video or manual guide to improve their movement, balance, and quality of life. The goal is to see which format works best and if the benefits last.
