Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called CLR 131, a form of targeted radiotherapy, in 50 children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 10 to 25) with high-grade glioma that has returned or not responded to treatment. The drug is given through an IV and aims to deliver radiation directly to tumor cells. The study is checking safety and whether it can slow or stop tumor growth.
