Nasal polyp patients may need fewer injections

NCT ID NCT07187583

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether people with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can safely take their biologic medication (like dupilumab or mepolizumab) less often without losing symptom control. About 135 adults who have been stable on the standard 4-week schedule will be followed to see if extending the dosing interval still keeps their condition partly controlled. The goal is to reduce treatment burden while maintaining quality of life.
