Nasal polyp patients may get longer breaks between biologic shots
NCT ID NCT07187583
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether people with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can safely take their biologic injections (like dupilumab or mepolizumab) less often without losing symptom control. About 135 adults who have been stable on these drugs for at least a year will have their dosing intervals extended. The goal is to see if the disease stays partly controlled with fewer treatments, which could mean fewer side effects and lower costs.
