Summary
This study tests a low-dose tamoxifen plan to lower breast density, a key risk factor for breast cancer, in 200 premenopausal women at higher-than-average risk. Participants start on a low dose, and if their breast density doesn't drop enough, the dose is increased. The goal is to find a dose that works with fewer side effects, potentially offering a better prevention option.
